HOTEL INDIGO CLEVELAND DOWNTOWN BY IHG, Cleveland – Your ideal downtown stay

The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms decorated with modern touches, but noise from the A/C unit outside and a drippy faucet affected my stay. The service was a mix of a rude housekeeping encounter and extremely helpful staff. The location was perfect for sports events but road closures caused inconvenience. The dining was expensive but had a great variety for guests. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

When we checked in, the staff seemed a bit lost, but they managed to upgrade us to a spacious suite on the 5th floor, which was very clean and large. The service, despite a small hiccup of being asked to move tables, was friendly and amazing.
