The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms decorated with modern touches, but noise from the A/C unit outside and a drippy faucet affected my stay. The service was a mix of a rude housekeeping encounter and extremely helpful staff. The location was perfect for sports events but road closures caused inconvenience. The dining was expensive but had a great variety for guests. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
When we checked in, the staff seemed a bit lost, but they managed to upgrade us to a spacious suite on the 5th floor, which was very clean and large. The service, despite a small hiccup of being asked to move tables, was friendly and amazing. The location was terrific until events closed off access, but it was close to entertainment and attractions. Dining was top-notch with tapas that surpassed typical hotel offerings.
